Heard both sides.
2. The sixth respondent herein had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.20130 of 2025. The writ petition was disposed of on 23.07.2025 in the following terms:- "6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 0.307.2025 and pass final orders 2/5
on its own merits after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "
3. The grievance of the writ petitioner herein is that even though he was impleaded as fourth respondent in the earlier writ petition, he has not been put on notice.
4. When this Court vide order dated 23.07.2025 had specifically mandated that final order can be passed on the online application of Natchiyammai only after issuing notice to all the interested parties, I am certain that without complying with the said direction, final order will not be passed.
5. Mandating the third respondent herein to adhere to the direction vide order dated 23.07.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.20130 of 2025, the writ petition is disposed of. The sixth respondent cannot dispute that Survey No.2/3 has been classified in the revenue record as 'Mayanam'; she has also no claim on Survey No.2/3. No costs.
