ORDER

The petitioners seek a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by one Mohammed Salman, who is third respondent herein, an enquiry is pending and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioners cannot be harassed in the guise of enquiry. The respondents police may issue summons, if the petitioners' appearance is required.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
