Heard Mr.B.Azhagesh, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 639 days in filing the criminal revision case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.25697 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli.
3. Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), has stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 639 days in filing the above criminal revision case is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if it is otherwise in order.
