Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.A4/770/2024 dated 01.08.2024 and consequential order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.90/Kanimam/2014 dated 22.09.2025 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This writ petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned'. 2.Order dated 12.11.2025 made in this writ petition is recalled. 3.Registry is directed to issue the following revised order copy: "The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition,

2. Leave is granted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The original order filed by the petitioner shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after it is duly substituted by a photocopy. The petitioner is given leave to file an appeal before the Commissioner of Geology and Mining within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. The petitioner may also pray for interim relief. If any such application is filed, it shall be disposed of within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The impugned demand shall be put on hold for a period of three months and it will abide by the outcome of the proceedings before the appellate authority. No costs."
