3.A.Chitra : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take eviction proceedings as against the third respondent herein for the encroachment made by her in Survey No.562/8 classified as Street in T.Vadipatti Village, Vadipatti, Madurai District, so as to enable the petitioner to have a right and access to his property situated in Survey Nos.562/17 and 19 in T.Vadipatti Village, Vadipatti, Madurai District, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2012 and also notice of the second respondent dated 20.09.2012, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks a direction for removal of encroachment done by the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the second respondent has already initiated proceedings in this regard and notice was issued to the third respondent on 20.09.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. We direct the second respondent to conclude the process, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity to the third respondent.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
