O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the orders passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.03709/A6/2025 dated 22.10.2025 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.3006/A2/2025 dated 28.10.2025 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the promotion of Tmt.G.Vanitha as P.G.Assistant (Physics) with effect from 14.03.2025 with all other consequential benefits.

2.The proposal sent by the petitioner School for approval of the promotion granted to the P.G.Assistant had been returned to find out whether any appeal had been filed against the order passed by this Court 2/5

in W.P(MD)No.11994 of 2025 and also to obtain a legal opinion from the Court.

3.The order passed in W.P(MD)No.11994 of 2024 relates to the Society of which the petitioner School is an Educational Agency. The dispute between the Society cannot be put against the School, as the School is being managed by the School Committee approved by the respondent.

4. It is also made clear that this Court does not give any opinion. The reasons attributed in the order impugned are very innocuous. Accordingly, the impugned orders are set aside and the matter is remitted back to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's proposal on merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by the dispute in the Society. Such exercise shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
