M/s.M.Aasha Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to amend the Satisfaction of Court as learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District instead of the learned Magistrate Court, Dindigul, Dindigul Distrcict in Crl.OP(MD).No.17301 of 2025 order dated 10.10.2025, consequently, extend the period of the appearance of this petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 2/5

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Amendment Petition is ordered and time is extended by twenty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17301 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025. Further, the petitioner is directed to report before the 2nd respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., from 27.11.2025 to 30.11.2025 for four days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The respondents shall not disturb the petitioner in the 1st week of December 2025.
