ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose the Matrimonial petition in H.M.O.P.No.92 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti on merits within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Considering the fact that the HMOP No.92 of 2022, had been filed by the petitioner as early as in 2022 and the same is still kept 1/4
pending and an interlocutory application was filed in the year 2022, in which an order of maintenance was passed and the same is being complied with by the petitioner, the respondent is unnecessarily taking adjournments without complying with the order made in I.A.No.124 of 2024 in which orders were passed on 04.01.2024, directing the respondents to undergo medical examination, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, to dispose of the HMOP No. 92 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, however not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. It is made clear that if the respondent fails to comply with the order made in I.A.No.124 of 2022 dated 04.01.2024, the Court below can draw adverse inference against the respondents.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
