ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.1546 of 2023 dated 18.10.2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.2412 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.
