(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) This writ petition is not maintainable, as the petitioner has moved the revisional authority ie., the District Collector, Virudhunagar District by way of an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 ('Act').

2. It is for the petitioner to obtain appropriate interim orders as provided under Section 10B of the Act. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
