This Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment, dated 31.07.2025 made in S.C.No.34 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Considering the quantum of delay and the reasons assigned, the delay of 37 days in filing the Criminal Appeal, is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
