Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1-3 herein to take necessary actions against the said encroachers and to remove the illegal and unauthorized constructions and structures put up in the said temple and also to retrieve the properties of Arulmighu Keela Vasal Aadhisthala Porpanai Muneeswarar Kovil and Arulmighu Vadakku Vasal Porpanai Kaliamman Koil situated in Porpanaikottai Village, Veppangudi, Pudukkottai District from the encroachers under Sections 78 and 80 of the HR and CE Act, 1959 by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025. 2.The petitioner is unable to categorically assert which are the lands that belong to the petition mentioned temple and the extent of the encroachment. After the petitioner is able to gather all the relevant details, it is open to him to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
