ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to conduct a fair and expeditious investigation in Crime No.580 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police and file the final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondents are conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3.
