ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent Police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.73 of 2024 dated 16.10.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
