ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to set asdie the order dated 04.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.4175 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil and to modify the condition No.7(2)in Crl.M.P.No.3899 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly, the condition 7(2) imposed by the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil, in Crl.M.P.No. 3899 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed. 2/4
