PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the UDR appeal made by the petitioner dated 26.04.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
After presenting an appeal before the District Revenue Officer on 26.04.2023 alleging UDR errors, the petitioner seeks early disposal of such appeal.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the first respondent. He submits that the District Revenue Officer would pass orders on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the private respondents herein and any other pattadhars.
3. In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this writ petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for correction of alleged UDR errors within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable 2/4
opportunity to the petitioner, the respondents 2 to 10 and any other pattadhars. No costs.
