This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.6 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 329(4), 351(2) of BNS and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2025, a final report has been filed by the first respondent before

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised.
