ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his complaint dated 23.09.2025 and to take appropriate action within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, as against which, the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
