ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a proper and fair enquiry on the her representations dated 31.12.2024 and 25.10.2025 and to take appropriate legal action against respondents 3 to 5.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on summons and thereafter, the respondent police shall conclude the enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
