This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to remove the planted electricity pole in S.No.123 at E.Puliyankulam Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District for providing electricity Connection to the 4th respondent's pump set situated at S.No.150 of E.Puliyankulam Village.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that this petition has become infructuous, as the Electricity Board has not erected any poles as averred in the petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
