ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.844 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
