O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner seeks direction to respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in S.No.No.142/45, Ward No.2, Marukalkurichi Village Panchayat, Nanguneri Taluk, Thirunelveli District.

2.According to the petitioner, fourth respondent has put up offending constructions in the land belonging to Panchayat. The third respondent, jurisdictional Tahsildar shall consider the representation dated 06 November 2012 submitted by the petitioner. If it is found that there is any encroachment, action shall be taken for removing the same, after issuing appropriate notice to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
