ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent herein to conduct enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
