ORDER

[Order of the Court by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The Writ Petitioner is the Senior Bailiff. Challenging the charge memo dated 31.08.2012, this Writ Petition has been filed. This matter has not even been admitted and has been pending since 2013 onwards. Today, it is reported that subsequent to the charge memo, final orders have been passed against the petitioner by compulsorily retiring the petitioner from service. 2.At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail the departmental appeal remedy available to the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as sought for by him. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
