ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the registering officer. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks two reliefs. Firstly, he wants this Court to restrain the registering authority from entertaining any document from the private respondents herein. Secondly, he wants this Court to cancel the petition mentioned documents that have already been executed. It is well settled that both the reliefs have to be obtained by the petitioner only before the jurisdictional civil Court. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
