O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent herein, wherein the petitioner has been directed to close the Ice Plant on the ground that he had not obtained proper license from the concerned Panchayat Union.

2. Pending writ petition, under the new Rules, the petitioner has made an application on 16.12.2025 seeking the license from the concerned Panchayat Union. The said application is pending.

3. In view of the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to forward the application of the petitioner to the Inspector of Panchayat, namely the District Collector within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said application, the concerned Inspector of Panchayat is directed to pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of recommendation from the respondent. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
