ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 652 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition challenging the order passed in I.A.No.06 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.16/2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 652 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
