ORDER

When the matter was taken up on 08.03.2018, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For dismissal". Again on 15.03.2018 when the matter was taken up for hearing none appeared for the writ petitioner. This Court by showing leniency directed the matter, once again to be listed, under the caption "For dismissal".

2. In spite of several opportunities granted, when the matter was taken up for hearing today also i.e. on 22.03.2018, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
