ORDER

When this Court expressed that the points raised by the petitioners are factual in nature and also since three witnesses have already been examined, the learned counsel for the petitioners prayed to withdraw the petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he would submit that the petitioners 2 and 3 are aged persons and their appearance before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

2. Considering the above this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The personal appearance of the petitioners 2 and 3 before the trial Court is dispensed with on all hearing dates except when their presence is required for the progress of the trial.
