The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 19.07.2022 in WP(MD) No. 15555 of 2022, wherein this Court has directed the respondents therein to pay interest at the rate of 6% p.a. on the belated payment of the retirement benefits to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel on either side submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
