This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.11310 of 2025, dated 04.07.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.11310 of 2025, dated 04.07.2025, the case in Crime No.177 of 2021, pending on the file of the Kandamanur Police Station has been transferred to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, DCRB, Theni and the Deputy Superintendent of Police has concluded the investigation and filed the final Report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Andipatti, through e-filing on 06.01.2026.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to ensure that the final report is taken on file within a reasonable time.
