This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.293 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.62 of 2025 before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Act cases, Dindigul.
