Alleging that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.13001 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.13001 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings bearing reference No.Na.Ka.Aa6/20765/2025 signed on 05.01.2026 has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
