Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to dispose the application of the petitioner dt.29.02.2012 requesting to cancel the patta No.2122 stands in the name of P.Kaliappan and P. Manickam issued by the 2nd Respondent and to issue joint patta including the name of the petitioner in respect of the land in S.No.208/3 to an extent of 2 acres and 95 cents at Sriramapuram Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindugul District pending on the file of 1st Respondent by passing as appropriate order within a stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The writ petition has been filed for Mandamus seeking to grant patta.

3. As per the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, already an order has been passed on 30.01.2013, directing the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, as the father of the petitioner died even as early as on 11.02.1992. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
