This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Family Court, Padmanabhapuram to expedite the hearing in IDOP NO. 227 of 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 1/3

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent is hereby dispensed with. Considering the fact that the said IDOP.No.227 of 2025 is at the stage of ex-parte evidence, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Padmanabhapuram to dispose the IDOP.No.227 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
