The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.1184 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and and transfer the same to the Family Court, Nagercoil. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the parties have entered into an agreement, wherein they have agreed to file a petition for divorce on mutual consent and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
