ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking mandamus directing the first respondent to provide a post of appointment on compassionate ground to the petitioner pursuant to the proceedings addressed by the second respondent to the first respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3215/Ni3/2021 dated 10.06.2021, based on the application of the petitioner dated 08.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the request of the petitioner had been forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent as early as on 10.06.2021 and thereafter, the second respondent had also issued communication to the petitioner calling upon the petitioner to submit relevant documents.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law if the petitioner had submit all the relevant documents, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
