ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents Police to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaints dated 14.10.2025 and 30.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 06.11.2025.

3. Recording the said submission, the respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
