ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.275 of 2025 and file a final report within a time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.
