ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, to conclude the trial in connection with C.C.No.181 of 2025.

2. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has observed that there cannot be any direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case within the time frame. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for. Since according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been selected for a job, the learned Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, may conclude the trial in C.C.No.181 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.
