O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2025 and take appropriate action.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was directly forwarded to the first respondent and that there is no complaint pending before the second respondent. He would, however, fairly submit that the complaint sent to the first respondent would be treated as a complaint before the second respondent and the same would be considered within a period of four weeks.

3. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
