This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to shift the TASMAC liquor retail vending Shop situated in Door No.169A, T.S.No.21 Ward E1, Block No.14 in Sivakasi, Sathoor Taluk, Viruthunagar District to any other place in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
