ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent Police Station to execute the Non-Bailable-Warrant, dated 18.06.2025 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, in S.T.C.No. 508 of 2024 and to expedite the trial.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition si disposed of.
