Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint vide Ref.No.G3/20096/1459/25, dated 28.07.2025 on merits in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.07.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
