ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.13 of 2025. 1/3

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation was completed and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact' and a report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised.
