SUSA Thirumal Auditorium at Mandaikadu, Kanyakumari District lies in S.No.77/1C2A of Manavalakurichi Village, Kalkulam Taluk 2. In Nallur Village, Vilavankodu Taluk, the Building bearing door No.6/61A3 & 6/61A4 comprised in S.No.C9/111 & C9/112/4 3. The building bearing door Nos 17/40 to 17/47 15/99 and 15/100 of Padmanabhapuram lies in S.No. B7/91 and B7/86 which belong to the petitioner.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to lock and seal the petitioner's properties.

2.According to the petitioner, due to the interim order already granted by this Court, dated 22.02.2013, the lock and seal was already removed by the authorities.

3.Since the lock and seal was already removed by the authorities, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
