ORDER
The petitioner seeks mandamus directing the second respondent to sanction loan as per recommendation of the first respondent in UYEGP No.03/2012-13 dated 05.06.2012. 2.In the counter affidavit filed by the first respondent, it is stated that the proposal of the petitioner has been rejected by the bank on 16.07.2012 as the same is not technically feasible and economically viable, as there are several units engaged in similar activity as proposed by the petitioner in the local market. It is further stated that the petitioner has to prefer an appeal to the higher authority of the bank against the rejection order dated 16.07.2012.

3.In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 16.07.2012 in the manner known to law, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
