ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent not to compel the Petitioner to give portion of the land in S.No.210/7, situated in Varichur Village, Madurai District in favour of the fourth respondent for the purpose of using the same as pathway and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent on the basis of his representation dated 17.2.2013.

2.Heard the submissions on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that after filing of the Writ Petition, there is no compulsion on the part of the Police Officials to hand-over the portion of his property to the fourth respondent to use it as a pathway.

4.In view of the said submission, no further orders is necessary in this Writ Petition and hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
