The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 180 days in representing the appeal, challenging the judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.72 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act cases, Dindigul, dated 29.05.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
