The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 114 days in representing the appeal, challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1150 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No.43 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Theni, dated 25.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gnanasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.
